One of the initiatives was to integrate a cloud-based offering for their ERP system; I imagine cloud-service is going to have a tremendous impact on achieving this goal. I would think that your opinion of cloud computing would have a different perspective, than overrated. On a global level you would almost have to integrate some sort of cloud service along the way, and also for scalability issues. I love these articles they give the public the chance to see the perspective of a successful CIO in the IT industry.
