Couldn't agree more. I renewed my contract with them on the basis of 4G LTE launching in my area within the 'coming months'. It has been almost 15 months since that comment!

LTE to a total of 170 markets in the "coming months"

Sprint has been saying in the "coming months" for YEARS now.

If I hear 4G LTE will be available in the 'coming months' on more time I'm going to find Daniel R. Hesse and b!7ch slap him into the 'coming months.'

Hey, want to not piss off your customers? Don't jerk them around.
