True, they take whatever actions necessary to guarantee their cut even non contest clauses on exams. After reading so much press lately about Coursera and Udacity lately, I expected to see variety and depth. Surprise, maybe 20 total courses in any given discipline.

That would be great, but all universities I ever dealt with didn't even accept credits from other universities even the ones within the same system. Typically, universities don't count courses that they offer as well because that would mean less money for them.
