re: CRM Lands In Jail: Meet Illinois Offender-360

"Customer relationship management" has long been one of the tech industry's most aspirational but off-the-mark terms, so it's not surprising to see the Illinois state penal system put yet another spin on it. In this case, credit to the state for calling the system what it is -- Offender-360 -- and not getting caught up in some hand-wringing naming convention like "offender relationship management." Come to think of it, many companies have their own offender lists -- customers who don't pay on time, fraudsters, etc. Does Offender-360 has a place in the business world? Hey, I'm just asking.
