Is this kind of video pep talk from Zuck genuinely helpful? What often speaks the loudest to students about employment is what they see happening close-up as their friends get job offers -- or do not.

Folks, what is doing is a start.

But if we don't find a way to end age discrimination in the software industry, these kids will end up where many of us are at now and this is unacceptable if we want to Keep America At Work.
