I think that this is a great idea and that this should have been implemented a long time ago in this state. Who would have though that teaching students actual real world issues and problem solving skills would be the foundation to a ideal future hire. I do not know what companies would not wan to sponsor this and have their pick of up and coming IT experts trained to handle the situations that are currently facing businesses. Instead hire people who can with little training after hire fall right into place. A perfect transition for the company and the new hire.
