This is great news to me, an event needed to occur like this to have spam companies actually fear their aggressive actions. If these lawsuits are successful and there re high dollar amount of payouts, this will change the way spam companies operate. I find it also amazing the variety of ways that these companies try to get you. A small reminder most of the current breaches with all the large corporations are directly due to phishing attacks where employees clicked links, and the rest is history. Use common sense when reading the ads, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
