This is a classic case study of how insurance companies are attacking the changing data center model G«Ų certain non-core systems are more easily given carte blanche to experiment with new platforms like SaaS instead of company-hosted options. I wonder if this will lead Direct Line to put more of its systems in the cloud as it goes forward with other modernization efforts.
