Speech recognition software has always been buggy so this doesnG«÷t surprise me in the least bit. What I do want to know is what sort of quality assurance measures they took if any, before they implemented the system. The delay in patient letters is especially disturbing as it directly affects patient health risk. Speech software requires significant testing before and after implementation.
