Even though the amount of money awarded to these two organizations wasnG«÷t much, it is still good that the government recognizes the efforts set forth and chooses to show their support. As cluttered as the HIE landscape is right now, its nice to see that there is progress being made, even if some of the progress right now is only in the form of ideas. Having ONC not really regulating, but providing support and connecting organizations with similar interests, hopefully they can come up with some sort of industry standard.
