T-Mobile has several cases in different cities where e911 calls failed, there are lawsuits which is never made public unless one go and look for it. Why would I put my family and myself at risk, I need phone which will work when I need it. I will never will like to gave my loved one a phone which has chance of not workig during emergency

The monthly payment plans sound good but, personally, I wouldn't go for the trade-in offer of up to $120 credit and the $99 discount. You can easily sell your iPhone 4S for $300+ through online services like Glyde.
