re: Original iPhone Nears Obsolete Status
This is quite funny
to me and not at all surprising considering my experience with Apple last
month. One of my machines is an older laptop (2006), I still use for web
developing and other applications that are paid on the new MacBook. I was told
my machine was G«ˇvintageG«÷ and they would not order any parts and or service it
for me, but kindly suggested that I purchase a new $2000 laptop. It does not
surprise me that Apple is doing the same with the iPhone line up, they are
intelligent marketers and know how to make you upgrade, by simply nit
supporting older versions of their products. I am looking forward to the release
of iOS in June.

re: Original iPhone Nears Obsolete Status
Introduced in 2007? Some people would say that's more than obsolete in smartphone years. Any of you still using it? Still supporting a family member who is using it?
