re: Lyfechannel Wins HHS Mobile App Challenge
Empowering consumers and getting them more involved in their own healthcare is one of the main goals from health IT, and apps such as the Myfamily app certainly help to achieve this goal. With the popularity of mobile devices and the capabilities inherent in these devices, we are seeing more healthcare apps in the market. Contests such as this one have also played a big part in gaining interest and attention for the winning apps.
