Jay - absolutely! I've long believed that employees are a large, untapped or otherwise inactive army for a brand online. Social really is the 21st century telephone for any organization. Amazing how many are not answering! Best, David

Sensible stuff here. The key is that employees can be the most influential online spokespeople for brands, businesses and organisations. By unlocking this, their interaction with customers, prospects, advocates, other influencers and other employees is speeded up and is authentic. Imagine what that does for a business?
