Ted's description of why strong mobile support is needed inside the enterprise should be heeded by all companies not already providing it. And a crucial buried element of "the user experience," touched upon here, are the public facing APIs that a company produces to grant access to its data and services to outsider developers.Such access must be offered in a highly managed, controlled way.
