Regarding the first part of the article, I myself donG«÷t see
why more organizations donG«÷t use online scheduling of appointments. It gives
the patient more control over their appointments instead of them having to
agree to a preset appointment depending on what the front desk personnel offer
them, and they can always reschedule or cancel appointments easily. Happier
patients make for better practices. Giving the patients more control over their
healthcare shouldnG«÷t be viewed as a burden.
