The only interesting piece is missing in the article: when does Windows 8.2 ship that fixes the many flaws in Win8 that were forgotten or ignored to be fixed in Win 8.1?

Another Microsoft study that shows that "partners" who use software and services that Microsoft sells are making more profit. Where have I heard this before?
