re: Apple Tightens App Store Rules On Kids' Data
As a parent, I can't imagine many apps that would inspire me to share my child's actual birth date.

Except they need the birth date to figure out which rules apply, even if they're not allowed to use it for any other purpose.

Too bad in a way. My Wii wishes me a happy birthday.

re: Apple Tightens App Store Rules On Kids' Data
I actively discourage my kids from participating in any of the backend services for games like Game Center, etc. No one under 13 should be registering for anything IMHO. My 13-year-old still does not have a Facebook account and I think it the better for it.

Good for you. A lot of parents are complicit in letting their kids lie about their age so they can have access to services.

Our results suggest IT leaders should worry less about whether they're getting enough resources and more about the relationships they have with business unit peers.
