Content providers should not be in the business of filtering content because someone might eventually find it and have a legally valid objection. However, once someone identifies objectionable material, I don't find it unreasonable for them to ask content providers to leverage whatever automated means they have to remove the content and, if they are in this business, track future appearances of such content for further scrutiny by the affected parties.

For instance, if Google has already built the means for copyright holders to block, track or monetize, is it unreasonable for them to at least offer Mosley the ability to track new appearances of his private material and receive notification to aid in his ability to protect his privacy? I understand there could be a cost to such tracking and it might be OK to charge for such tracking provided it's something everyone can afford.
