re: Lost Smartphone? 6 Free Tracking Apps

Is it true? I can't believe this. Before I read this, I only saw iKeyMonitor on some websites and it introduced this software can track lost or stolen phone. Now I have more ways to find my phone if my phone is gone.

re: Lost Smartphone? 6 Free Tracking Apps
I have Prey installed for almost a year. Luckily, i've never had to use it. I also have Avira Android Security; which is free. It has neat features like the ones Cara mentioned for Lookout and many more. Highly recommend it. No, i don't work for them, but i know Avira for a long time. Very good antivirus

re: Lost Smartphone? 6 Free Tracking Apps
I hate to be a nit-pick, but I've seen this error too many times and it's in the title line; "...you locate it fast." You cannot locate anything "fast", you can locate it quickly.

For reference: http://oilpatchwriting.wordpre...

As for the content of the article, this is assuming that the device is on, has a connection to the Internet, and hasn't been wiped or bricked by the perpetrator and you utilize these tools long before any of the preceding has happened. Plus, why use another app when there is the free and integrated solution called "Find my iPhone" for the iOS device train?

I've personally used Lookout and appreciate both having the tracking ability as well as the security. I recommend it.

AndroidLost and Plan B work after the fact. Interesting option that I did not know about. Where is the craziest place you've left your smartphone, readers?
