How often have you spent hours getting to and then waiting for a doctor's appointment that was over in a few minutes? How many of those visits could be accomplished just as efficiently in a video call?

On the other hand, what's lost in that scenario? Obviously, no opportunity to do the routine checks of vital signs etc.
