re: Oracle Touts Cloud Option For On-Premises Apps
You get the sense that the bar is really high at many companies for bringing in any big new software platform on-premises. Is there no cloud option, is there a data security/control concern, is there a tough integration challenge that cloud can't overcome? An advocate for a new on-premises options is going to face a lot of questions.

The realities of deployment are much slower than the speed of announcemens.
