Certain illnesses and conditions prevent people from holding certain jobs, and employees have a responsibility to take care of themselves as best they can. But guys like Jim Souhan are just third-class jerks.

This applies to any number of diseases with serious health complications--from obesity to depression. At what point does hiring based on health fall under the umbrella of discrimination?
