re: ERP Is A People Problem
Generally, these ERP projects are initiated in response to a deficiency in an existing system. The executive who is proposing a change is the first, best option. As a secondary option, run some searches on ERP lawsuits. All the major vendors are represented as defendants. Print a few off and call a meet with senior management. A glimpse at how wrong these things can go may be sobering enough to get the support needed to complete a project.

Jasmine, any suggestions on how to get that elusive executive champion? I can imagine that just hearing the term "ERP project" could make one run screaming from the room. There's a reason IT teams are expected to 'just handle' this, after all!
