re: Google Launches HP Chromebook 11
Love, love, love the whole Chromebook concept. But if Mr.G is monitoring this Please, please, please fix the crazy, crazy, crazy printing method called Cloud print. I'm sure everyone at Gquarters is clever enough to figure it out but most of your loyal user base is turned off by it. I'm currently Google Cloud printing through a really smart NAS made by Synology - the Diskstation 213+. But the average users I've talked to just hate it.
I haven't gotten any clients to move to Chromebooks but I have gotten a few friends to buy it for young and elderly family members mostly because of the Chromebooks' inherent virus protection. But the printing thing is a real pain. Hey Gmen are you listening?

Glad to see companies getting smarter about charging. Who wants to lug those bricks anymore.

re: Google Launches HP Chromebook 11
Does this new model have any printing advances over previous Chromebooks? Seems like HP, with its interest in maintaining the use of printers and selling more ink cartridges, is uniquely incentivized to address that drawback.

When it comes to managing data, donít look at backup and archiving systems as burdens and cost centers. A well-designed archive can enhance data protection and restores, ease search and e-discovery efforts, and save money by intelligently moving data from expensive primary storage systems.
