That's a fair question for the folks at Centurion and Market Connections. But while some scrappy startups do offer better service, they are lots of other Lowball LLCs who promising more than they can deliver.

Where is the raw data? How many contract mods and price increases vs the Gǣbest valueGǥ contracts? No one is publishing or researching these numbers cause if they did G they would find Scrappy Startup, Inc. offers a far better service at a fraction of the cost as say IBM or Accenture (CenturionGs customer base).
