What's happening on the back end?
Are Apple and Google offering back-office options to help small businesses do billing, HR and inventory functions -- a la QuickBooks?

Now if only my doctor's office would become half as technically sophisticated as Jim's furnace guy and BBQ joint. Lots of SMBs are still in the tech Stone Age, unfortunately.
