It seems to be a fantastic idea that Baez has put forward. Although I would like to know more about what he called "moving at the speed of business", I can imagine what it could be. According to my understanding it is like optimizing the corporate bureaucratic structures and bringing them at par with the growth and size of the business. Someone would like to shed more light on it?

@ danielcawrey, You are right. Smaller organizations have obviously more room and more things to play with. Giants like HP don't have that luxury of leaping forward. But what they have in their coffers is excessive capital and expertise which they can use to bring innovation in technology and improvisation in customers experience.

Mr. Baez is saying the right things, which is a refreshing change, but it means nothing unless HP follows through.

I would like to know that too. It's interesting, since HP's stated desire is to work better with customers. If that is the case, then let the customers speak to see if there has been any change. 

HP is a large organization. Ridiculously large. Because of this, I think it is challenged to meet customer expectations. Smaller entrants into their verticals could potentially offer more valuable. HP obviously is realizing this dynamic.

What Do Customers Think?
I'm curious what HP's customers think. Is HP starting to turn things around? Is it "moving at the speed of business," as Baez suggests? Where does it still need to improve the most?
