re: Michael Dell Hints HP Pain Is His Gain
I have avoided using Dell products for years because of their customer service reputation. I inherited a Dell laptop sometime back and compared the service from Dell to the service from Lenovo. I also compared the service from Dell to the service from HP. In both cases Dell placed a distant third. I don't know if their service has become more professional since they have gone more into the commercial area but if it hasn't I can't see a commercial enterprise putting up with the level of service I have seen from Dell.

Michael Dell, please stop worrying about HP business and start to seeing you own company. Focus on your customers, give them better support.
