mobile version
I use Google Docs often, but haven't found the mobile version of spreadsheets easy to use. It's not optimized for the screen size and cumbersome to edit on the go.

How do you work this thing?
I confess I've never gotten the Google Drive offline mode to work, although I've futzed with it several times. Not intuitive (or maybe I'm just dense)

Check out Smartsheet
Those who want to collaborate with others in a familiar spreadsheet interface, but also want/need collaborative features like file sharing, auto reminders, and the ability to share a sheet, or just a single row, along with sophisticated project management features like a Gantt chart and dependencies, should check out Smartsheet.com. Easy like Excel, but way better for coordinating work that's shared between teams.
