Good for Rackspace to start making DevOps services available to customers who need help building new applications, or just getting environments up and running.  My key fear is that these DevOps teams might be lacking security.  With the complication of having both Rackspace and customer teams involved in application creation, where is the security standardization?  Where are the controls?  Hopefully this has been addressed in the business model.
