I would welcome a 13-inch iPad
I believe there is a tablet for every need now in the market. Both Apple, and Samsung have covered every consumer's needs.

The arguments about which one is better should be over by now. They are different, as different are their consumers, who also have different needs. 

If Apple is really going to release a 13-inch iPad in 2014 it would be great. Many are expecting the perfect tablet to be used as a laptop replacement. A 13-inch iPad might be the one.
