Doing Business With Government Isn't Getting Easier
While the findings of this study - suggesting government contractors are rethinking the ROI of selling services to the government - don't come as a surprise, it is cause for concern.  Added to growing disenchantment of LPTA (Lowest Price, Technical Acceptable) contracts (see LPTA Contracts Stifle Government Innovation), there's reason to worry whether agencies won't eventually have fewer high-quality contracting firms to choose from to do their contract work.
