Always impressed by Waste Management uses IT as a business enabler (including the Android pilot mentioned) ... both from a new technology standpoint and IT as business driver. One thing that strikes me most is the partnership between CIO and CEO (http://bit.ly/sIOq1Y). Many CIOs try their who career to develop a repoire like that. But specific to the tablet trend, there needs to be use case. As pointed out, a notebook can do notebook tasks better. Tablet apps/deployments need to bring something new to the table, otherwise they'll fail. --Paul Calento
