Needed in SaaS: Frequent updates
By incorproating an agile development approach, Workday may only be doing what Salesforce.com already does, but it's going to be ahead of vendors who use SaaS as a secondary market. By using a test and release approach for new features, it will introduce individual features with greater frequency, rather than waiting for a feature set and as major update announcement. Agile is the way of the future, if you can adapt to continuous updates.
