The learning curve for doctors and therapist is actually very short, depending on your type of practice, set up and technology. How do physicians learn to deliver effective telemedicine care?
What is the learning curve like for physicians using telemedicine for the first time to deliver care? I'd be interested to know the key things they need to learn about this mode of patient communication.

That would make a good column, if we could recruit someone who can speak from experience about introducing one of these programs.
