Obviously didn't check his references
Had they checked Waynes references, they would have found that he had recently been fired from the Ventura County Sheriffs department for posting racists comments on the deptartments website. Conde Nast found him at Aquent Partners then hired him on permanently. Wayne was even a Pellicano client at one point as he describes to a buddy how he's hired his OLD BOSS to try to scare Tracy. That's was his wife at the time Tracy Martin.
