Melding personal, work
I think Ballmer has the right idea in focusing on consumer products -- as the borders between work and personal lives blur, desire for those lucrative enterprise services will depend on people continuing to want to use Windows/Office.

If I am a CIO and realize that a big percentage of my employees happily use Google Docs, Gmail and Chrome in their personal lives, for example, there go the disincentives of training and user resistance. At that point, why not switch?

On a personal note, hoping for a Kinect version of GoW. Why is Kinect only sports/dance? Bring on the shooters!

The Future
"Sky Broadcasting claims ownership of the use of "Sky" as a prefix."

Ah. So "SkyNet" will be their fault? Now I know...!

I gave up on SkyDrive when there was no XP client a couple of years ago. Perhaps had I been able to use it then I'd stil be using it now. As it is, I looked elsewhere (dropbox, for example). At this point therefore, I don't care what they call it, as I don't imagine I will use it.
