The secret to cloud success....
In the first six months of 2013, DigitalOcean added more servers to its data centers than any other provider, save Amazon Web Services, the Chinese search engine Alibaba and German hosting service Hetzner Online AG had added more. No big secret why: it attracted key elements of the Ruby development project and became the site for Ruby documentation. Developers also liked its 1.5 cents an hour charge for the equivalent of an Amazon "medium" instance.
