Looking at what Scott Shwartz said in this interview, it's the same thing that just happened to MetraTech, they were just acquired by Ericsson... Go figure.

"You can't find talented young programmers to hire for financial services anymore." Why do they have to be young when there are plenty of (God forbid) older programmers who might have that intangible called experience to bring to the company. Sounds like classic age discrimination, which the IT industry refuses to acknowledge. Limiting an IT career because of an undeniable age bias causes many younger people to view IT as a short term opportunity not to be explored. Go figure.
