Just for the heck of it I went to Best Western's Facebook site. They have one of the best company websites I have ever seen. You can book a room from there, click on an interactive map for activities near where you're going, pictures of different properties, videos, information on and access to the rewards program ... With all of that and given what it is doing with Medallia, it seems like Best Western is a company that really gets social. I wonder how hard the different Best Western properties push people to post on the Facebook site.
