Good and bad?
I've tried a similar sleep cycle app, though I'm not sure it worked very well. The heart rate one seems interesting -- I wonder how well it works. Has anyone tried these others?

Gluten Guidance
Several friends have recently been diagnosed as gluten intolerant and apps like MyFitnessPal and Fooducate will really help them adjust their diets. Are there any apps out there specifically for those following gluten-free diets, I wonder?

@Laurianne at our practice, it's the hygenist who gives the lecture, and which one you get depends on which one cleans your teeth. Some stress flossing, some rinsing with specific rinses at specific times, etc.
