I wonder how the hospital tracks and captures good ideas from its social collaboration so they don't get lost. A lot of times organizations have great collaboration tools but don't have successful follow-up so ideas aren't changed into action items.

A balance sought in Philadelphia
Yes, there are strict privacy concerns at a childrens hospital, and still, there is a great need for collaboration at this facility. May the right balance be achieved by the Philadelphia Childrens Hospital practitioners.

"Unless you were a member of a community, you couldn't even see what other communities existed," Culbertson said. Interesting example of SharePoint frustration -- hidden groups aren't just a SharePoint problem though.
