An estimated $300,000 to purchase and convert to ICD-10, yet CMS can't quantify the returns for anyone, except for how it will improve "the quality of healthcare and more accurate payments to providers"? An astronomical increase in the number of codes? Is there anything that the government wants to do besides alienate physicians across the board? Any type of collaboration or buy-in? How frustrating....
