HTC One for Windows Phone uses the same hardware as the Android version.

A smart thoroughbred
The slim HTC One, Android or Windows, is an excellent chunk of hardware. I too like the Android version but there's no reason Windows Phone can't win more adherents riding this thoroughbred. Screen sharpness++.

Hardware reuse, it's a wonderful thing. I have an Android HTC One and would be more likely to consider Windows on an already familiar device (which I'm sure is the whole idea).
