I'm surprised to see WORK[etc] isn't on this list, it's one of the few business management apps that offers two-way sync integration for Google Calendars, Google Contacts, Google Docs, as well as offering a Gmail-integration gadget.

WORK[etc] is all-in-one, it combines CRM, project management, time tracking, and billing into one web app. I've found having all of your data in one place, combined with Google Apps integration gives me the ability to manage my business from anywhere. The gmail integration is particularly useful for us, as I can turn emails into new leads, projects, support cases, timesheets, and other items directly. Worth a look!
