iPhone 5 Name? Maybe
Apple's cheeky party invitation clearly shows the number 12 atop a fading shadow of a 5. Well, this certainly must mean the new iPhone will be named the "iPhone 5," correct? Not necessarily. Dutch site
iPhonenieuwsblog posted a photo a few days ago of a factory worker holding up printed sheets--possibly box covers--that read, "The new iPhone." Considering that Apple calls the 3rd-gen iPad "the new iPad," a similar naming convention for the next-gen iPhone seems logical. Besides, the new model is actually the 6th-generation iPhone, not the 5th. Could the "5" on Apple's invite be a ruse? More importantly, don't we have better things to worry about?
