Napster Co-Founder Sean Parker Discusses Music, Spotify, and AirTime

At Web 2 Summit 2011 in San Francisco, "former" Napster co-founder Sean Parker took the stage to be interviewed by Federated Media Publishing chairman John Battelle.
At Web 2 Summit 2011 in San Francisco, "former" Napster co-founder Sean Parker took the stage to be interviewed by Federated Media Publishing chairman John Battelle.

Parker is an investor in both Spotify as well as Sean Fanning's newest company called AirTime. Parker waxed on everything from the future of the music business where the cost of every additional copy is zero to the battle between Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. According to Parker, the Facebook power users are leaving for Twitter and Google+ (one of the more controversial statements he made).

Regarding Spotify, Parker said the company will finish what Napster started. Here's the video:
