Tar Heel Tease

The University of North Carolina sent an e-mail congratulating 2,700 applicants on their acceptance and asking them to send midyear grades. The bad news: They haven't been accepted. The Associated Press reports the message was supposed to go to accepted students, but instead went to those still waiting to hear. It may be e-mail 101, but that doesn't mean it's easy.
