Oracle Gets (Back) Into UC

When you think of UC vendors, Oracle isn't normally top of mind. However that's poised to change thanks to Oracle's re-introduction this week of Beehive. The goal of Beehive is to wrap collaboration capabilities around Oracle's application and database services.

Oracle's push into UC creates further potential for disconnected UC/collaboration efforts for those organizations that haven't integrated collaboration planning among various IT disciplines. Make sure your voice, messaging, AND application teams are all working toward a common goal rather than each group operating on its own.
